 The
easy to install Clamp Line Tensiometer (CLT) arrives
equipped with the right pulley size the correct calibration
for the size and type of rope you have specified.

FEATURES |

Installs in minutes -- Clamp-on design permits
it to be easily installed at any convenient point
on a fixed position line.
Four capacities -- Four standard capacities
from 10,000 pounds (4,500 kg) to 100,000 pounds
(45,000 kg).
Multiple uses -- Monitor cable in overhead
lifting applications or guy wire applications, for
example.
Simple design -- The instrument consists
of two roller bearing ourter sheaves and a fixed
center clamping point attached to a Dillon loadcell.
The rope applies tension force to the loadcell.
Full range of pulley sizes available --
Correct pulley size must match both the size and
type of rope to be monitored by the tensiometer.
For greatest accuracy, your tensiometer will be
calibrated specifically to the rope size you specify.

CLT Capacities and Specifications |

A wide variety of sheave or pulley sizes (width
and diameter) are available on the CLT. Correct
pulley size is determined by the size and makeup
of the rope to be monitored by the tensiometer.
Each tensiometer is calibrated to a specific line
size matched to the correct pulley size.
