A proven tool for construction and utility companies, in oil fields and manufacturing plants.  RLT-Running Line Tensiometer For measuring tension on running wire cable, Dillon offers the Model RLT, the Running Line Tensiometer, in eleven capacities from 20 pounds to 40,000 pounds.  CLT-Clamp Line Tensiometer The Model CLT clamp line tensiometer is offered in four capacities from 10,000 to 100,000 lb. It has 2 mV/V full scale sensitivity. Its clamp-on design permits it to be installed in minutes at any convenient point on a fixed position line. The CLT utilizes two roller bearing outer sheaves and a fixed center clamping point attached to a Dillon loadcell.  The rope load applies a tension force to the loadcell.
