Used to accurately test flexible springs with a high length to diameter ratio. The three support columns locate on either the I/D (inner diameter) or O/D (outer diameter) of the spring. This prevents concave or convex movement thereby maintaining accuracy of results. Supplied complete with dedicated 50mm compression plate (nickel plated).

This fixture must be used with the long extension 49755-0921 and cannot be used on MDD/P or LCP test stands due to reduced height.
 

The carriage of the peel table is directly driven by the movement of the test stand crosshead so maintaining an accurate 90° peel throughout the test cycle and removing any friction effect on the resultant force reading.
